Joshua Boone - Bill Marcel
Joshua Boone is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Theatre Performance. Some of his credits include Felony Friday (NY Fringe Encores), Cutman: A Boxing Musical (Goodspeed), Well (Barksdale), Thunder and Lightning (staged reading), A Raisin in the Sun, Smokey Joe’s Café, Ain’t Misbehavin’. He is excited to be a part of the cast for Central Avenue Breakdown and the amazing journey the show is on. Many thanks to God, family, friends, Professional Artists, and Stevie Wonder. Rebecca LaChance - Jane Brooks
Rebecca is overjoyed to be back with the team on Central Avenue after premiering the role of Jane in the New York Music Theatre Festival in 2011. Previous credits include the Broadway Rising Stars and Broadway by the Year Concerts at Town Hall, the NY International Fringe Festival, and a national tour with Theatreworks USA. Rod Lawrence - Jim Marcel
Rod is STOKED to be making his South Korea debut, and grateful to be able to dive into it with an awesome new work! He is coming up on almost 8 months since first moving to the big bad apple, and couldn't be happier with his progress so far. He is currently in a life long, on-going love affair with his guitar, listening, creating and art. STACEY SARGEANT is thrilled to be a part of Central Avenue Breakdown and in South Korea! Some of her theater credits include the role of “Esther” in Intimate Apparel (Two River Theater Company), Legally Blonde: The Musical (1st National Tour); Passing Strange, Two Gentlemen of Verona (The Public Theater); The Exonerated (Off-Broadway); Damn Yankees, Purlie (City Center Encores!); Eclipsed (Yale Rep.), George C. Wolfe’s Harlem Song (Harlem’s Apollo Theater); Little Ham (AUDELCO Award nomination); A Midsummer Night’s Dream (McCarter Theatre, Paper Mill Playhouse); Kiss Me, Kate (Paper Mill Playhouse); The Color Purple (Alliance Theater); Rent (Weston Playhouse). Her television appearances include Gossip Girl, Glee, Law & Order: SVU and Guiding Light. She is the producer, director, and editor of the award winning short documentary, Though I’m Not Perfect, her debut film about the physical and psychological dangers of the ballet world on young girls.
